Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Impact OG website and your booking of any Impact OG program or trip. By booking a trip or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Payment
A trip is confirmed once a deposit is received and a completed registration form is submitted for the participating student. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule provided with your quote. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made well in advance of departure are eligible for a partial refund under our cancellation policy, provided in full at booking. Costs already committed to accommodation, transport, and local partners closer to the trip date are non-refundable. Impact OG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to safety, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case affected families will be offered a refund or transfer to another trip date.
Health, Safety & Conduct
Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or support needs relevant to their child's participation before departure. Students are expected to follow the code of conduct communicated before the trip and the directions of Impact OG staff throughout. Impact OG may remove a student from a trip, at the family's expense, for conduct that endangers the student or others.
Liability
Impact OG takes reasonable, documented steps to assess and manage risk on every trip, but travel and outdoor/service activities carry inherent risk. Parents/guardians acknowledge this when registering a student, and are asked to review the specific risk and consent information provided for each trip before departure.
Intellectual Property
Photos and video taken during a trip may be used by Impact OG for marketing purposes unless a family opts out in writing before departure.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.
