Greece
The source of the civic vocabulary Young Changemakers already uses — leadership, democracy, responsibility.
Why Greece
Historic and archaeological exploration paired with a service or environmental activity — coastal conservation is a natural fit given Greece's geography. As the source of much of the philosophical and civic vocabulary the Young Changemakers program already uses — leadership, democracy, civic responsibility — Greece offers a direct, tangible link between the ideas students discuss and the place those ideas came from. Local partner: a coastal conservation or heritage organization, confirmed per trip.
